Exciting and challenging games are facilitated on the beach by our experienced staff. Our professional staff facilitates team building programs that run the gamut from cooperative games to competitive ones and give you options to build in some ideas of your own. 

Our most facilitated type of event is our Challenge by the Sea program, a combination of initiative games and low ropes course elements, tailored to each group’s goals and abilities.  If you want your team to spend some quality time focusing on cooperation, communication, support and trust skills, this is the program for you!

On the other end of the competitive spectrum is our Beach Olympics program.  After choosing teams, we put together a rousing schedule of round robin play of competitive beach games. – The games range from some of the more common ones, like beach volleyball, and some of the more original bent, like the hula-hoop hurl!!  Don’t worry about the athletic abilities of your group, we’ve got the games for all levels of athletic and intellectual capabilities!!!

If you’re looking to combine cooperative and competitive elements, we offer the Great Monterey Scavenger Hunt!  This activity gives your group an opportunity to explore Monterey a bit, while still working together as a team and competing for prizes!

An additional activity that is best suited for smaller groups, is our Orienteering program. Using compasses and cameras, groups navigate through areas of Monterey seeking to replicate the “standard” and prove that they have the skills to navigate successfully together.

And don’t forget, some of the best team building can come from enjoying the company of your co-workers with kayak and bike tours along the lovely Monterey Peninsula shoreline!

We’ve got a whole briefcase bursting with ideas for smaller ice-breaker activities or even offsite events and we’ve put together international games programs and orienteering in the forest.  Our motto is to “adapt and adjust” so if you are looking for some type of team building beyond these programs, don’t hesitate to give us a call and see what we can come up with!
